Shengong Co., Ltd. announced that the company plans to invest in the construction of a new project with a total amount of approximately 1.1299214 billion yuan, including three projects: the research and development of new silicon components and the expansion of supporting silicon material production. This proposal has been approved by the board of directors and still needs to be submitted for shareholder review. The project will be synergistically integrated with the existing production system and is expected not to adversely affect the company's normal production and operations; however, there are risks related to research and development, approval, and funding.
