Xingfa Group establishes an ecological technology company.

According to the Qichacha APP, Hubei Xingmei Ecological Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Zhang Qiao as the legal representative and a registered capital of 100 million yuan. The business scope includes: research and development of biological pesticide technology; sales of fertilizers; sales of agricultural films; sales of non-metallic minerals and products; fertilizer production; and wholesale of pesticides. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Xingfa Group through indirect holdings.
