According to a report by Finansia Syrus Securities, the easing of tensions in the Middle East, which has led to a decrease in crude oil prices, will further improve sentiments in the aviation sector. Airports of Thailand rose by 1.6%; Erawan increased by 5.2%; Central Plaza Hotels gained 4.6%; Minor International was up 3.4%. A report by Maybank indicated that lower fuel costs will also benefit travel-related stocks, with the market generally expecting a gradual recovery in international travel.
