Working Group on Word Elements: Will formulate dual compliance and technical standards to promote the cross-border flow of Tokens.
Recently, the Token Service Working Group of the Artificial Intelligence Industry Development Alliance held a closed-door seminar on the theme of "Cross-Border Flow and Open Cooperation of Tokens." Moving forward, the working group will systematically promote the construction of mechanisms for cross-border flow and open cooperation of tokens from the following five aspects:
First, systematically conduct research on cross-border flow mechanisms. Prepare the "Research Report on the Development of Token Cross-Border Flow," which will sort out the regulatory policies and technological constraints of major global markets, clarify compliance boundaries, risk points, and feasible paths;
Second, simultaneously develop dual standards for compliance and technology. Advance the preparation of the "Compliance Guidelines for Token Cross-Border Flow in Artificial Intelligence" and the "Technical Requirements for Token Cross-Border Flow in Artificial Intelligence," clarifying compliance requirements for data exit, technology export, etc., and standardizing cross-domain transmission and computing scheduling interface specifications;
Third, carry out pilot demonstrations aimed at emerging markets. Relying on multilateral and bilateral mechanisms targeted at ASEAN, BRICS, and other emerging markets, as well as the advantages of pilot free trade zones, conduct closed-loop verification of "compliance entry + domestic processing + compliance exit," testing the stability of technological solutions and the effectiveness of compliance mechanisms;
Fourth, build a platform for matching supply and demand of cross-border services;
Fifth, establish a service system for cross-border flow of tokens.
