According to a research report by CITIC Construction Investment, RAS is one of the most important oncogenic driver gene families in human tumors, primarily including KRAS, NRAS, and HRAS, with KRAS occupying a core position. RAS-targeted therapies have moved from G12C single-point breakthroughs to the advancement of multiple pathways such as G12D, Pan-KRAS, and Pan-RAS, with pipeline development and clinical validation gradually expanding. At the 2026 ASCO conference, RMC-6236 achieved positive results in a Phase III study for second-line metastatic pancreatic cancer, with median overall survival nearly doubling compared to chemotherapy, further enhancing market expectations for the clinical value of RAS-targeted therapies. Domestic companies are also actively pursuing multiple directions such as G12D, Pan-RAS, and Pan-KRAS.
