Zhitung Finance APP News, Shengyang Investment (00174) announced that on July 31, 2026 (Eastern Time), the seller Second and Second Property LLC (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and the buyer Moundfield Village LLC entered into the sales agreement related to the sale. According to the sales agreement, the seller conditionally agrees to sell, and the buyer conditionally agrees to purchase the land for a price of $57 million, subject to and in accordance with (including) the terms of the sales agreement.
