(hereinafter referred to as Tianjin Yuefeng) participated in the bidding project for the procurement of customized working cylinder body materials for CNOOC Development-Engineering Technology Company. Recently, Tianjin Yuefeng received the "Notice of Winning Bid" from the bidding organization CNOOC Energy Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the bidding organization or counterparty), with a contract value of approximately 112 million yuan, accounting for about 11.09% of the companys audited revenue for the fiscal year 2025.
