Shandong: Striving to gather ten thousand artificial intelligence OPC innovation talents within three years.

Recently, the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and 11 other departments jointly issued the "Action Plan for Supporting the Innovative Development of Artificial Intelligence OPC," aiming to cultivate and expand a new type of market entity in artificial intelligence OPC and to promote the accelerated implementation of the new entrepreneurial model of "AI + super individuals." The goal is to establish a hundred distinct carriers with clear positioning and complete functions within three years, nurture a thousand technology-leading and growth-oriented entrepreneurial entities, and attract ten thousand outstanding talents in artificial intelligence OPC innovation. Support will be given to cities such as Jinan, Qingdao, and Yantai to integrate industrial endowments, coordinate existing resources with new spaces, and develop a number of characteristic artificial intelligence OPC parks based on digital economy industrial parks, advertising industrial parks, audio-visual industrial parks, and dual-innovation incubation centers.
