According to data from the Zhongshi Research Institute, in June, the volume of second-hand housing transactions in key cities continued to increase year-on-year. The price of second-hand housing in Shanghai has been on the rise for four consecutive months, while in Shenzhen, the price of second-hand housing has turned from a decline to an increase, and the core city markets are showing signs of recovery. The data shows that, due to the impact of price adjustments in most cities, the average price of second-hand residential buildings in 100 cities in June was 12,639 yuan per square meter, a decrease of 0.42% month-on-month, an increase of 0.10 percentage points from the previous month. In terms of the number of cities with price increases or decreases, 12 cities saw an increase month-on-month, while 88 cities saw a decrease. In the core cities, Shanghai saw a 0.10% increase month-on-month, while Shenzhen saw a 0.03% increase.
