Fosun Pharma: Hold subsidiary's drug approved for clinical trial for treating Parkinson's disease.

Fosun Pharma announced that its controlling subsidiary, Fosun WNB, recently received approval from the National Medical Products Administration to conduct clinical trials for the use of the DM1001 formulation in treating adult idiopathic Parkinson's disease signs and symptoms. They plan to conduct Phase I clinical trials of the drug in China once the conditions are met. As of June 2026, the group has accumulated approximately 6.95 million yuan in research and development investment for this drug. In 2025, sales of a similar compound drug in China were approximately 375 million yuan. There are risks in drug research and development, and it is uncertain whether it can be successfully launched on the market.
