("Shenkai Company") has signed a new phase of operation and maintenance service contract for the Pudong Airport Metro project with Shanghai International Airport Co., Ltd. ("Shanghai Airport"). Shinkai Company will continue to provide services such as the operation of the Pudong Airport passenger metro system and entrusted maintenance of metro facilities and equipment. The service period of this phase is from July 16, 2026 to September 30, 2030, with a total contract amount of approximately 461 million yuan (including tax).
