"Two high courts" have revised judicial interpretations to increase efforts in cracking down on insider trading and the leaking of insider information crimes.

Today, the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate jointly issued a decision on amending the "Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate on Several Issues concerning the Specific Application of Laws in Criminal Cases of Insider Trading and Leaking Insider Information," which will take effect on July 27, 2026.
