In June, the National Energy Administration issued 373 million green certificates, involving 1.2475 million renewable energy generation projects, of which 206 million were tradable green certificates, accounting for 55.41%, and the number of tradable green certificates remained basically stable compared to the previous month. The green certificates corresponding to the renewable energy generated in May 2026 were 270 million, accounting for 72.38%. This month, the issuance of green certificates for conventional hydropower, biomass power generation, and other types of renewable energy generation projects have all increased, with the largest increase in conventional hydropower green certificate issuance.
