Liu Chang, former deputy director of the Liaoning Province Public Resource Trading Center, is under investigation.

The website of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the National Supervisory Commission reported on July 24th that, according to the Liaoning Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, Liu Chang, former member of the Party Committee and deputy director of the Liaoning Provincial Public Resource Trading Center, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law, and is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervision investigation by the Liaoning Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision.
