According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Datang Clean Energy Co., Ltd. was established with Wang Hui as the legal representative, registered capital of 1 billion yuan, and business scope including power generation, power transmission, power supply; solar power generation technology services; research and development of high-efficiency energy-saving technologies in the power industry. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Datang Power's wholly-owned subsidiary, Fujian Datang International New Energy Co., Ltd., and DATANG INTERNATIONAL LIMITED.
