Wisdom Financial APP News, Derivatives (01846.HK) announced that after the shareholders approve the purchase and sale agreement and the proposed transactions under it at the extraordinary shareholders' meeting, as well as the subscription agreement and the proposed transactions under it, all the conditions precedent under the purchase and sale agreement and the subscription agreement have been separately fulfilled, and the completion of the acquisition and subscription has been implemented on July 22, 2026 (after trading hours).
