OpenAI launches workflow AI agent deployment product for enterprise customers.

OpenAI announced that it is launching a business product called OpenAI Presence, which can deploy AI agents in customer and internal workflows to answer questions, solve problems, and interact with company systems. Presence supports real-time interactive experiences in voice and chat scenarios, including customer support, outbound sales, and high-risk internal workflows. It is currently available through a limited formal open program, providing deployable products to eligible enterprise customers.
