The Shanghai Municipal Administration for Market Regulation, Shanghai Economic and Information Committee, and Shanghai Science and Technology Committee have issued the "Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Standard System Construction Guide". By 2028, focusing on key areas such as artificial intelligence infrastructure, key technologies, and industry applications, lead or participate in more than 3 international standards, more than 10 national standards, more than 20 industry standards, and the participation rate in national standards exceeding 50%; build a group of standardized technical organizations and standardized application pilot projects, with the implementation rate of key standards reaching over 80%; promote AI and standardization to empower each other, improve the standard digitization level; preliminarily build an internationally influential artificial intelligence "standard highland".
