Mingxin Xuteng announced that on July 21, the company signed a "Maximum Amount Guarantee Contract" with the Jiaxing Branch of Ningbo Bank, providing a maximum guarantee of 50 million yuan for the debt under the main contract signed between Ningbo Bank and its wholly-owned subsidiary Xuteng Technology from July 16, 2026 to July 16, 2027. The original 50 million yuan guarantee will expire after the new contract takes effect, and the remaining guarantee balance will still be 50 million yuan. As of the announcement date, the total amount of external guarantees provided by the company and its controlling subsidiaries is 145 million yuan, accounting for 8.48% of the latest audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees.
