Changyuan Power announced that on July 21, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hanchuan Company, received a bid-winning notification. State Power Yingkong won the bid with a price of 4.7618 million yuan for the transfer of the power monitoring SIS system of Hanchuan Company #1-#6 units to the fourth phase of Xinchuang SIS system service project. As State Power Yingkong is a subsidiary of the Company's controlling shareholder, this transaction constitutes a related party transaction. The project will result in fixed assets, and will not have a significant impact on the current assets, liabilities, and profits. From the beginning of the year to the disclosure date, the Company and its controlling shareholder have had accumulated related party transactions of approximately 3.632 billion yuan, and the related party transactions amount in the past 12 months did not exceed the disclosure standard of 62.4705 million yuan.
