Yingpai's announcement stated that recently, the company's controlling shareholder, Hainan Jiangheng, will pledge an additional 1.25 million shares, accounting for 2.88% of its holdings and 0.85% of the total share capital of the company, with the pledge period until January 22, 2027. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Hainan Jiangheng has pledged a total of 22.83 million shares, representing 52.56% of its holdings and 15.45% of the company's total share capital. The corresponding financing balance for the pledged shares expiring in the next six months is 95 million yuan, and the balance expiring within a year is 188 million yuan. Hainan Jiangheng has the ability to repay and this pledge will not affect the company's controlling rights.
