(hereinafter referred to as "Southern Power Grid"), Jining City Municipal Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jining City Municipal Investment"), Jilin Jirun New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jilin Jirun"), and Jilin Carbon Valley Carbon Fiber Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jilin Carbon Valley"). The total amount of the winning bids is approximately RMB 252 million.
