Five former first-level inspectors, including Sun Zhongli, from Weifang City, Shandong Province, have been prosecuted.

According to the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the procuratorial organs have filed indictments against Sun Zhongli, former first-level inspector of Weifang, Shandong Province, Ding Zhongbao, former party member and deputy director of the Transportation Department of Qinghai Province, Zhao Tianxi, former party member and vice chairman of the Political Consultative Conference of Xing'an League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Geng Zhicai Rang, former party member and deputy governor of the People's Government of Hainan Prefecture in Qinghai Province, and Wu Wangguo, former deputy general manager of Datong Coal Group Co., Ltd.
