Lendlease: Sells 50% equity stake in an Australian property for AUD 226 million.

On July 22, Link Real Estate Investment Trust Fund announced that it has reached an agreement with Aware Real Estate to sell a 50% stake in 100 Market Street in Sydney, Australia, for approximately AUD 226 million. The announcement stated that the property at 100 Market Street is located in the core commercial district of Sydney, with a 10-storey building and a total rentable area of 28,339 square meters. The property is currently fully leased, with tenants including a real estate investment company listed on the S&P/ASX 100 index, an Australian Federal Government agency, and a sovereign wealth fund.
