Shanghai: Support maritime technology enterprises to create an innovative platform, build a new ecosystem of maritime digital technology.

The Shanghai Municipal People's Government issued the "Shanghai Municipality Accelerates the Construction of the International Shipping Center" 15th Five-Year Plan", proposing to support shipping technology enterprises in creating innovative platforms, enhancing the common service capabilities of the shipping trade blockchain network, and building a new ecosystem for shipping digital technology. Based on the foundation of the shipping trade blockchain network infrastructure, achieving trusted data sharing across entities, constructing a distributed collaborative data chain for the Yangtze River Economic Belt multimodal transportation, upgrading functional platforms such as international container transportation services, and promoting the expansion and improvement of applications such as electronic release orders, electronic bills of lading, and multimodal transportation, strengthening data integration with finance, law, and other fields. Deepening the construction of the "Air Transport Platform", strengthening integration with China's International Trade Single Window, promoting information connectivity and business collaboration between regulatory authorities and air transport companies, and facilitating the full-chain data circulation of sensitive goods in cross-border e-commerce air transport. Supporting shipping technology enterprises and research institutions to build large models for the shipping industry, encouraging diverse entities to jointly build high-quality data sets for the shipping industry.
