Zhejiang accelerates the creation of an innovation and development hub for artificial intelligence.

Currently, Zhejiang has registered and launched 90 large models, ranking at the forefront nationwide. Large models such as Tongyi Qianwen and Deep Search consistently rank at the top tier in global authoritative evaluation rankings, and continue to lead the global open source ecosystem. Computing power is the infrastructure of artificial intelligence. Recently, the China Mobile Yangtze River Delta Smart Computing Center completed its first batch of acceptance and delivery. After the operation of this smart computing center, it will undertake the computing power demand of Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui, providing hardcore infrastructure to build a high-performance computing power cluster in the Yangtze River Delta region, effectively supporting the digital transformation and upgrading of local industries and the clustering development of the artificial intelligence industry. From the perspective of the whole province, Zhejiang has launched a computing power of 193 EFLOPS, ranking at the forefront nationwide. Currently, Zhejiang is actively promoting the construction of the province's computing power infrastructure, building a computing power layout with Hangzhou and Jiaxing as the core and multiple support points in Ningbo, Wenzhou, Taizhou, and Jinhua. At the provincial level, efforts are being accelerated to create a unified computing power monitoring and scheduling platform, establish a public and inclusive computing power pool, promote the opening and sharing of computing power to small and medium enterprises, and research institutions, allowing more entities to access and afford high-performance computing power.
