CNPC has established a new energy company in Yan'an with a registered capital of 90 million yuan.

According to the Tianyancha App, recently, PetroChina Changqing New Energy Co., Ltd. was established with Ding Yang as the legal representative and a registered capital of 90 million RMB. Its business scope includes services in power generation technology, solar power generation technology, wind power generation technology, energy storage technology services, sales of hydrogen refueling and storage facilities, and research and development of emerging energy technologies. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by PetroChina Taihu Investment Co., Ltd.
