Fujian's GDP in the first half of the year increased by 4.0% compared to the same period last year.

On July 22, the Fujian Provincial Bureau of Statistics website released the province's economic performance for the first half of 2026. According to the unified accounting of regional GDP, the province's total GDP for the first half of the year was 2.9315 trillion yuan, with a year-on-year growth of 4.0% in constant prices. Among them, the value added of the primary industry was 1.25979 trillion yuan, an increase of 3.6% year-on-year; the value added of the secondary industry was 1.247608 trillion yuan, an increase of 3.8%; and the value added of the tertiary industry was 1.557995 trillion yuan, an increase of 4.1%.
