Intelligence Financial News App, HMVOD Video (08103) announced that on July 21, 2026, the company received a letter from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (GLRC Decision Letter), notifying the company that the GEM Listing Review Committee, after reviewing the statements submitted by the company and the listing department (including the statements made by the company at the hearing), believes that the company has not been able to maintain a sufficient level of operations and assets value as required by Rule 17.26 of the GEM Listing Rules to support its operations to ensure that its shares can continue to be listed, and has decided to maintain the GLRC decision to suspend the trading of shares according to Rule 9.04(3) of the GEM Listing Rules.
