Supercomputing super nodes with liquid cooling immersed in liquid cooling are emerging.

With the emergence of super nodes in the new infrastructure of computing power, the liquid cooling technology behind it has sparked a new round of industry attention. At the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference, well-known server manufacturers such as Huawei, ZTE, Inspur, and Dawning have all upgraded their super nodes' thermal management systems to liquid cooling, including mainstream cold plate liquid cooling and emerging immersion liquid cooling. Zhongjin Securities predicts that with the emergence of new technologies, 2026 will be the first year of mass production for liquid cooling, and the global liquid cooling market for intelligent computing centers will reach 114.7 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 273%, with high growth expected to continue in 2027. Respondents generally believe that with the boost in high computing power, liquid cooling technology is constantly being upgraded and applied. With the decline in the price of fluorinated liquid, immersion liquid cooling will enter the engineering stage, and the market outlook is promising.
