Jiayun Technology announced that on May 15, 2026, some of the funds in its basic bank deposit account were frozen, which was caused by property preservation measures related to a service contract dispute involving its divested subsidiary, Haili Insurance Broker (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. Recently, the plaintiff, Hande Insurance Agency Co., Ltd., voluntarily withdrew the lawsuit on July 17, and the court approved it. As of the date of the announcement, the frozen amount has been completely unfrozen.
