Zhutong Finance APP News, Jiuli Special Materials (002318.SZ) announced that the company plans to repurchase part of its shares using its own funds, for future implementation of employee stock ownership plans, equity incentive plans, or conversion of convertible corporate bonds issued by the company. The total amount of funds for the repurchase is RMB 200 million (inclusive) to RMB 400 million (inclusive), and the repurchase price will not exceed RMB 32 per share (inclusive).
