Guoyinjin Leasing (01606) has entered into a financial leasing contract for the photovoltaic power station equipment and ancillary facilities assets located in Hebei Province.

Zhtng Cijng APP news, China Gold Leasing (01606) announced that the company (as the lessor) entered into a financing lease arrangement with lessee Fuping Zhongrui New Energy on July 21, 2026. The company entered into a procurement agreement with the lessee, agreeing to commission the lessee to purchase the trading subject from the seller, and then to purchase the trading subject from the lessee for RMB 1.512 billion. The company (as the lessor) also entered into a financing lease contract with the lessee, agreeing to lease the leased object (i.e. the trading subject) to the lessee for a lease term of 216 months.
