Tianfu Energy: Wholly-owned subsidiary Kensu Water intends to merge with Manas Water Conservancy.
Tianfu Energy announced that, in order to integrate business resources, its wholly-owned subsidiary Kenshuat will absorb and merge its wholly-owned subsidiary Manas Water Resources. After the completion of the merger, the legal status of Manas Water Resources will be cancelled, and all its assets, liabilities, etc. will be assumed by Kenshuat. The revenue of Kenshuat from January to March 2026 was 1.146 million yuan, with a net loss of 8.5796 million yuan; while Manas Water Resources had a revenue of 0.5303 million yuan and a net loss of 4.8004 million yuan during the same period. This merger does not constitute a major asset restructuring, does not require shareholder approval, and will not have a substantial adverse impact on the company.
