There are over 2400 confirmed cases of Ebola in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The latest epidemic report released by the Ministry of Health of the Democratic Republic of the Congo on the 20th showed that the cumulative number of confirmed cases of Ebola in the country has risen to 2423, with 967 deaths. The United Nations warned that the epidemic has spread to multiple displaced persons camps in eastern Congo, where overcrowding and inadequate public services may worsen the spread of the epidemic.
