China Citic Securities (00267.HK) announced that, following a review by the Company's Board Audit Committee, they believe that in the auditing and internal control auditing processes for the 2025 financial report, Ernst & Young Hua Ming Certified Public Accountants LLP (EYHM) has effectively completed all audit work according to the work plan. The Board Audit Committee has proposed to the Board to reappoint EYHM as the company's auditors for the 2026 financial audit and internal control audit, with a proposed audit fee of 850,000 RMB for the 2026 fiscal year.
