The Zhixin Finance and Economics APP reported that Huahua Technology (03296.HK) announced that on July 20, 2026, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Huahua Communication, acquired a total of 3.1159 million shares of H-shares of Jinghe Integrated through on-exchange transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 20, 2026 (accounting for approximately 0.14% of Jinghe Integrated's total issued share capital as of the date of this announcement), at a total price of approximately HK$93.2221 million (excluding transaction costs), equivalent to an average price of approximately HK$29.92 per target share. After the completion of the acquisition and as of the date of this announcement, the group holds approximately 10.62% of the total issued share capital of Jinghe Integrated.
