The General Office of the State Administration for Market Regulation has issued a notice on the "Action Plan to Promote Platform Enterprises to Empower Individual Industrial and Commercial Enterprises". It guides platform enterprises to provide preferential services for newly settled individual industrial and commercial enterprises, reasonably reduce commissions, deductions, membership fees, technology service fees, information service fees, marketing and promotion fees, and other expenses to alleviate the initial operating costs pressure on individual industrial and commercial enterprises. Implement the "Guidelines for Compliance with Fees for Online Trading Platforms" to standardize and guide the fee charging behavior of platform enterprises.
