According to the Iranian government website on the 18th, the United States continued to launch attacks on the infrastructure of Hormozgan Province, and the Bandar Jask Desalination Plant in the western part of Jask city in the province was attacked, resulting in the complete interruption of drinking water supply for about 10,000 residents. According to reports, Abdulhamid Hamzepour, CEO of the Hormozgan Province Water and Wastewater Company, said that the seawater extraction pump station and related power transformers at the Bandar Jask Desalination Plant were completely destroyed, leading to the complete interruption of drinking water supply for about 10,000 residents in 20 surrounding villages, who are now facing a water crisis.
