Chinese robot companies are going abroad to launch a supply chain breakthrough battle.

Chinese robot companies going global have transitioned from product trade to systematic implementation, but the construction of the supply chain remains a key weakness. The "2026 Robot White Paper" jointly released by Cainiao Group and Roland Berger shows that Chinese companies account for over 80% of global shipments in the commercial service robot field. However, the process of robot globalization is different from traditional goods exports, as it involves the "full life cycle service" which includes local deployment, debugging, training, after-sales maintenance, and spare parts supply. The ability to establish an efficient, stable, and scalable supply chain system in the target country will be the key factor determining the success of going global.
