President Trump stated that the inflation data for June brought exciting news! The monthly CPI saw the largest drop in six years. The June CPI was lower than the prediction of every economist surveyed by Bloomberg (a total of 67 people). Prices of various commodities such as gasoline, electricity, car insurance, hotels, and prescription drugs all decreased. With strong wage growth and falling prices, real wages increased significantly by 0.8%. With investments flowing into the US, factories rapidly expanding, manufacturing employment increasing, and prices continuing to decline, there are many things we can be proud of - America's golden age has arrived!
