Daikang International (02211) plans to implement share capital restructuring.

Wisdom Finance and Economics APP news, Dexin International (02211) announced that the company proposed to implement a capital restructuring, involving: (i) capital reduction, the method is to cancel and pay the capital according to 0.09 US dollars per share of the existing issued shares, the face value of each issued share will be reduced from 0.10 US dollars to 0.01 US dollars.
