NATIONAL ELEC H (00213) is planning to acquire Hong Kong property for HK$195 million.

Wisdom Financial News APP News, NATIONAL ELEC H (00213) announced that on July 17, 2026 (after trading hours), the buyer Shu Tian Limited (an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) and the seller Cerana Limited entered into a provisional agreement regarding the acquisition of the property, with a total cash consideration of HKD 195 million. The acquisition is expected to be completed on the completion date, subject to the signing of a formal agreement and the fulfillment of certain conditions precedent to be included therein.
