News from the Securities Times APP, Robot (300024.SZ) has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenyang Newsong Pointstone Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Pointstone Technology") plans to increase capital and introduce no less than 3 investors through public listing on the Beijing Property Rights Exchange. The total amount of capital increase is planned to be no less than 50 million yuan. After this capital increase is completed, Pointstone Technology will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
