IDC: By 2030, the global number of active agents may exceed 2.2 billion.

IDC pre-released the "DAA Research Report", which systematically analyzes DAA indicators. The report shows that the global active Agent count will reach 28.6 million by 2025, is expected to reach 79.4 million by 2026, and is projected to grow to 2.216 billion by 2030. It is understood that the DAA metric indicator was first proposed by Baidu founder Robin Li at the Create 2026 conference. Compared to traditional indicators such as model parameters and Token consumption, DAA is more focused on how many intelligent agents truly enter the business process, complete tasks, and create value every day.
