Hunan Yuneng: Plans to invest 5 to 8 billion yuan to build a mineralized integrated new energy battery material recycling industry project

Hunan Yuneng Announcement: The company plans to invest in the construction of the Guizhou Yuneng Mineralization Integrated New Energy Battery Material Recycling Industry Project in Weng'an County, Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou Province. The total investment of the project is about 24 billion yuan, funded by its own funds and self-raised funds. The company plans to invest 5-8 billion yuan within 18 months after the formal start of the project, and will adjust the implementation pace according to future market demand and other circumstances. The project construction period is estimated to be 5 years, mainly producing lithium iron phosphate, iron phosphate, and their upstream industry chain products, including phosphate mining, beneficiation, phosphate chemical industry, pyrite, etc., as well as lithium battery recycling. The project covers an area of approximately 3,900 acres.
