Zhtng Cijng APP News, Hyunyu Logistics (Asia) (06083) and the offeror Lia Investment Limited jointly announced that on July 9, 2026, the offeror, Qianshan Asia Buyout Fund, L.P. (Buyer B) intends to purchase a total of approximately 327 million shares, accounting for approximately 65.14% of the total issued share capital of the company as of the date of this joint announcement, for a total cash consideration of approximately 244 million Hong Kong dollars, equivalent to HK$0.7472 per share. The completion has been confirmed on July 17, 2026.
