Informed by the Zhitong Finance & Economics APP, Konew Group (00131.HK) announced that the Board of Directors hereby declares that on July 17, 2026, the Board of Directors and Audit Committee received a resignation letter from the PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong (PwC) dated July 17, 2026, resigning from the position of the group's auditor. In the resignation letter, PwC stated that its resignation was due to the company's refusal to accept audit fee arrangements, including the company's responsibility for PwC's professional fees for the audit of the financial year ending June 30, 2026. In addition to the above, PwC has confirmed in its resignation letter that it is not aware of any matters that need to be brought to shareholders' attention.
