Shanxi Expressway announced that the company has publicly invited bids for the "Digital Transformation and Upgrade Project Design and Construction General Contracting of Shanxi Province Highway Traffic Infrastructure" and has selected five consortiums including Shanxi Province Intelligent Transportation Research Institute Co., Ltd. as the winning bidder, with a winning bid price of 65.76 million yuan including taxes. The five consortiums are jointly controlled by Shanxi Jiaokong Group, which constitutes related transactions this time, but does not constitute a major asset restructuring. This related party transaction has been approved by the company's board of directors and the contract has not yet been formally signed. From the beginning of 2026 to now, the company has had related transactions totaling 27.41 million yuan with Shanxi Jiaokong Group and its related parties.
