On July 17, Hopson Development Holdings Limited announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the total contract sales amount of the group and its joint ventures and associates for the six months ended June 30, 2026 was approximately RMB 3.426 billion; of which property contract sales were approximately RMB 2.969 billion; decoration contract sales were approximately RMB 0.457 billion. In terms of the month of June 2026 alone, the total contract sales amount of the group and its joint ventures and associates was approximately RMB 0.636 billion, with property contract sales of approximately RMB 0.601 billion; and decoration contract sales of approximately RMB 0.035 billion. As of June 30, 2026, the total property contract sales area of the group and its joint ventures and associates was approximately 167,839 square meters, with an average selling price of approximately RMB 17,690 per square meter.
